New Zealand was a bucket list trip for me for a very long time. I am a huge fan of the Lord of the Rings and even before I got into photography, New Zealand had captured my heart. When planning this trip, one of my friends who lives there warned me to not underestimate the size of the country, as travelers often do. He was right, but I was still able to drive from Auckland to Queenstown and back in a camper van that I had rented. I may have had to push my flight back by a day or two, however.
