My first Washington trip was in mid 2021 after the Covid-19 pandemic began. I had entered my Pulmonary and Critical Care fellowship (specialization) in 2020. Most of my time was spent in the ICU during this period of my life. This trip showed me the healing power of nature, and I am forever grateful for it.
